Pinball – Nintendo Entertainment System (NES)
Experience a true piece of Nintendo history with Pinball for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Developed by Nintendo and HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo, this classic arcade-style game brings the timeless fun of pinball to your NES. Originally based on Nintendo’s Game & Watch Pinball unit, the game first launched on the Famicom in Japan in 1984 before appearing on the Nintendo VS. System in both Japan and North America. In 1985, Pinball became one of the original launch titles for the NES in North America.
Designed to faithfully recreate the feel of a real pinball machine, Pinball places players in control of the flippers, challenging them to keep the ball in play and rack up high scores. The game features two interconnected screens: the main pinball table and an upper bonus area. Players launch the ball from the lower screen using the plunger, sending it upward into the bonus screen. The action flows seamlessly between screens as the ball travels back and forth, demanding quick reflexes and precise timing.
Simple to learn yet endlessly replayable, Pinball captures the addictive nature of the arcade classic in an early and iconic NES release.
