Refunds, Returns and Pre-orders Policies
*Refund & Cancellation Policy*
We do our best to offer fair and transparent policies while protecting the integrity of limited releases and preorder items. Please review the following before placing or cancelling an order.
*Preorder Policy*
All preorders are final after 72 hours of purchase. Due to limited allocations and high demand, we lock in inventory early to secure your item.
Cancellations requested within 72 hours of your order are eligible for a full refund.
After 72 hours, we may approve cancellations only at our discretion, and a restocking fee of 10%–15% may apply to cover processing and allocation costs.
We do not offer price matching or refunds based on competitor pricing.
*Damaged Items & Order Issues*
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right -- either with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
*Return Policy (Non-Preorders)*
For non-preorder items, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
*Final Sale Products*
Some items (including most limited-edition or collector sets) are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged in transit.
*Refund Timeline*
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
