ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin’ Trails is an off-road racing game developed by Climax Racing and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation Portable. It is an enhanced handheld adaptation of ATV Offroad Fury 3, which originally launched on the PlayStation 2 in 2004, bringing the fast-paced, stunt-driven racing action of the series to the PSP a few months later.
Tailored for portable gameplay, Blazin’ Trails features a lineup of 24 all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and a full suite of racing modes, including Practice, Lap Attack, Single Race, Championship Mode, Free Riding Mode, and Ad Hoc multiplayer for head-to-head competition. Players can fine-tune performance by adjusting tires and gear ratios, while also customizing their ATVs and riders for a personalized racing experience.
The game introduces a trading card system that allows players to unlock new ATVs and racing gear, with the ability to trade cards wirelessly via Ad Hoc. A dedicated Garage Mode lets players track career progress and performance statistics. With more than 34 freestyle tricks and six varied terrain types—snow, dirt, ice, mud, water, and grass—ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin’ Trails delivers high-speed off-road racing and deep customization, making it a standout extreme sports title on the PSP.
